First, we design, develop and implement customers-branded training programs that our customers, in turn, re-sell to their own customers. Second, we provide training services and programs directly to our customers’s employees. Third, we assist customer training departments to incorporate our competency-based skill set for their own learning program development.

 

We use documented and proven processes to develop traditional paper-based instructional materials, highly interactive eLearning modules and everything in between. We can help you identify performance requirements and develop effective and ethical assessments.

 

With lower overhead than large full service consulting firms, and the capability to match entirely their training service and product offering, we are a true value provider.
